Is sugar free jelly bad for you?!
I look on the packet and it has about 30 kj and of course it has no sugar and no fat!.

It depends on what kind of sweetener it has!.!.!.
Sweeteners are sugar alcohols, In other words they have a similar structure to sugar but they have some OH (alcohol) units in the chemical structure
Some sweeteners have been found to be the cause of intestinal bleeding or intestinal problems, such as diarrhea!.!.!.!.!. There are other people that have allergies to these sweeteners or have developed allergies because of consumption of sweeteners (unfortunately modern diets and trends have increased sweetener consumption)

Unfortunately anything with artificial sweetner is bad for you! I really think that unless you are diabetic, you are much better off having the real thing if you need a sweet treat! Dont forget that moderation is the key!Www@FoodAQ@Com
