Question: What nut is in Kellogs HoneyNut Cornflakes!?
I found I was allergic to something in a Chicken Korma a few months back and suspected it was a nut!. I then had an allergic reaction to the honey nut cornflakes so i want to find out which nut it is i'm allergic to! Please help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rolled Oats, Sugar, Maize, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Peanuts (5%), Honey (4%), Invert Sugar Syrup, Dried Coconut, Salt, Barley Malt Flavouring, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12!.

Chicken Korma may have almond or cashew paste in the sauce, and it is peanuts like Honey Nut Cheerios is peanuts also, if it says almond then it is, but peanuts are cheaper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
