Eat a diet higher in fiber!. Try a cereal like FiberOne, All Bran, Bran buds, or oatmeal!. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies, and leave the skins on whenever possible!. Dried fruits such as figs, prunes, raisins, apricots, and dates also have plenty of fiber!. Drink more water, and if you need to you can take a fiber supplement such as Metamucil that is now available in great flavors!.!.just mix with water!. Then there are those yogurts that are supposed to regulate your digestive system!.

Fruit like apples, prunes, grapes, raisins, peaches!. No bananas, they have the opposite effect!.
Drink juice or nectar of the same fruits!.
Salad, and other green vegetables!.

Eat it everyday not just when you need to go!.!. It's all good food, stuff anybody should like!.
Lots of stuff with fiber being beans(black, brown, lentils, peas etc!.), whole grains like oats, malt of meal, cream of wheat, grits, millet etc!., not that boxed stuff the real thing! Several fresh vegetables n fruits are packed with fiber and antioxidants!.

Fiber!.!.!.it will make you so regular!. Try if you don't like to eat alot of fruit or veggies!. Try some of the OTC products that dissolve in your water, but fresh fruit and veggies are the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
