I am a former chef and a chili head and correct dairy products work very well, but so do fruit juices like pineapple and mango like in the mango lassi at Indian places, it is fruit juice and yougart, even a bit of sugar will ease the burn, I have had some of the hottest foods around curry's, mexican dishes, Chinese 10 chili chicken, achar from India and many more, I have a tolerance now but the worst sometimes is not the burn going in but coming out, the seeds and potent oils do not dissolve in your system so the next day can be a problem if you overdue it and have a sensitive system or bowel!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
