Wensledale with cranberries is one of my favorites!. It is moist, mild, and sweet!. It is also beautiful looking with a wine color rind!. They sell it at Whole Foods or at the link below!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Blue vein cheeses are mostly expensive but they're worth it!. Stilton, Rocquefort, Gorgonzola and Danish blue vein for instance!. Gruyere, with holes in it is good, and even better in a fondue with garlic and white wine added!. Grated parmesan shouldn't be omitted from pasta dishes!. Almost all traditional English and French cheeses are superb, especially the orange and red ones like Cheshire!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
