Question: What books do you recommend for molecular gastronomy!?

I'm looking for something more into facts; fully detailed recipes!. I've read a book by This where he explained how different cooks thought about how the egg boiled in different periods of time, but i do not care about this kind of information!. I just want to know good scientific facts on how to cook the perfect food/dish of whatever!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only person who even comes close to looking into this subject from a culinary point of view is Heston Bluemnthal - the accompanying book to the series " In search of pefection"
