yup thats fine :)
i know lots of people who often have this, (including me)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's white toast, it's not OK!. If it's good whole wheat toast with plenty of fiber, it's OK, as long as you don't slather it in butter!. Put peanut butter on it, or fruit jam without too much sugar, or low fat cream cheese!. But white toast is a complete waste of calories, offering virtually no vitamins, minerals or fiber!. Nothing of nutritional value!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Somebody once said that man cannot live on bread alone!.

Read up on daily nutritional requirements!. Something in your stomach is better than nothing, but toast is mostly starch!. Melt cheese or nut butter on it for a protein hit!. Wash it down with 1/2 cup of juice so you don't get scurvy and all of your teeth fall out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have 1 piece of toast with an omelette and tea!.
I am startled at how much you have, honestly, my brother has 4 pieces and he is overweight!. I don't know how you can have so much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's only good if you don't need to be on a diet! Has tons of carbs in all that bread!
