Question: I'm Sick, What Should I Eat!?
I'm coughing so much that I'm about to throw up!. I had some soup for lunch (almost lost it, but it stayed) and aside from that nothing but a bagel yesterday morning!. I'm starving, what should I eat!? I'm looking at pizza because I'm starving, but what do you think!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

orange juice on an upset stomach and empty stomach will make you sicker than you are!. Your stomach is full of acid, and you need to eat foods low in acid to get it to feeling better!. These I am giving you are proven remidies for me!. Laugh if you want, but believe me, the combination of the chips, soda, and bananas and ice cream will relieve your stomach!.

eat some bananas, crackers, and chicken noodle soup!. start slow with only a couple bites of each till you see how your stomach will handle it!. also gingerale is good!. Jello would be good too!. anything light!. mainly liquids though!.

bananas are soothing to an upset stomach!. also, pringles regular or light chips, no flavored chips!. These along with the crackers absorb the acid in your stomach!. Vanilla ice cream in small quanties is good also!.

Eat something you like!.!.but if you are sick, you can never really know what's going to stay down!. I would say eat something that is not going to hurt when vomiting, sounds nasty, but vomiting pizza doesn't feel so well!. I would stick with soup or mashed potatoes sound good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would stay away from high acidic foods like pizza (between the peppers in the sauce and the tomatoes, ick!.!.!.)

I would fill up on broth, white rice, grilled chicken breasts, applesauce, bananas, eggs (use very little oil), and other bland food (potatoes are good too!)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try orange juice to try and get better!. I'm not sure what you can eat though, try fruit or raw vegtables like carrots!. Anything healthy really, that pizza will be on the floor in a liquid puddle if you have it now while your ill

If you're truly sick, stay away from pizza!. Have something like rice cooked in chicken broth, dry toast, fruit or flat soda!. The plain bagel is also a good choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should be drinking plenty of fluids!. When you do eat solid foods start off bland!.!.rice, boiled chicken, jello, etc!. Hope you feel better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
