Question: Foods that are high in Thiamin!?
Please tell me what foods are high in Thiamin!? Tell u the truth i don't even know what it means, but i need it because of my homework!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thiamin is a nutrient (also known as B1), and it can be found in the following foods: whole grain cereal, yeast, kale ( a dark leaf lettuce), brown rice, cauliflower, asparagus, oranges, whole grain breads, and/or potatoes!. (Just to name a few)
