Right food choices for me?!
ok so i wanna gain about 30 pounds of fat because i am soooo tired of having a little muffintop my friend told me to do this
1!. drink more coke more offten 3-4 cans a day
2!. eat a loaf of bread every 2 days
3!. eat more sweets
4!. overeat all the time
5!. eat a pot of pasta a day
by doing this i have gained 15 of the origanal 45 pounds i wanted too but is there a quicker way Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your friends advice sounds like s*** to me!. of course you will get fat eating that crap, but if you want to gain weight, (I'm so jealous) you need to eat more healthy foods!. plenty of turkey and wholewheat bread, maybe lots of milkshakes!. I'm not a nutrishionist, but I know your friends advice is crap!. How's your skin!? I'm sure someone can offer better advice than me but I don't think you are doing it the right way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
lol!. Yes, you can get fat by doing that but its unhealthy!. Why!? Coke, makes you feel bloated( your tummy gets fat while the rest is not),!.sweets (yeah, but if you want to get tonsillitis and tooth decays), and your not getting the right vitamins & carb or protein in your diet!.
Instead of soda, drink water, milk, yogurt, or juice!. Go on carb foods(potatoes, wheat bread, cereals, starchy food- pasta & pizza),& vegetable!. Instead of over eating you can eat in or between meals!. have 8 hours of sleep, exercise and take vitamins & supplements!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
