What i ate today- is it okay?!
i'm trying to lose a bit of weight- i'm 13, 5ft 3 and just under 112 pounds (8 stone)
breakfast- toast (brown bread and marmite)
lunch - apple
dinner - pasta with bolognese sauce
snacks- fruit and some chewing gum
is that ok!?

1, you're 13 years old!. I understand the want and drive to loose weight at that age!.!.!. I'm not talking down to you, I actually do understand!. I was there at one point in my life!. Honestly, you're just a little but underweight for your age and height!. Don't forget that you're still growing, so if you're trying to cut out some of your weight, it's probably not the best idea!. You need everything in you right now, because you'll probably get taller and fill out more!. I know I did!
Just make sure you're active, don't sit around and watch TV or stay on the computer as soon as you get home from school!.!.!. stay active (more than just PE), eat healthy foods, and do NOT beat yourself up about your size!! If anything, you should gain about 10 lbs!.!.!.

You need eat more actually, if you don' you could get very fatigued!. Your body needs calories to work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
