The best source I know is a tea called Rooibos (pron roy-boss)!. This is a red tea as opposed to green tea, it comes from a tree (Aspalathus Linearis) and is found only in the Western Cape Province of South Africa!. This tea is extremely rich in antioxidants and is caffeine free, low in tannins, organic and also high in calcium and zinc!. Just drink the tea straight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
