Anything very soft and mushy!. When my braces hurted all I drank was Jamba Juice fruit smoothies & I was lucky my mom got to pay for it since I got to choose any flavors I wanted!. I also drank alot of soup and water!. Water makes me full if you drink ALOT!. My teacher said when she had braces she drank mashed potatoes through a straw!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

anything soft that you don't have to chew!. i had braces too they suck but they are way worth it!. soup, ice cream, yogurt, pudding things like that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
