Brown rice is the very best it is still in contact not processed!. White rice was brown before they processed it to death, take a peek at the link I put below!.

I would go with fried rice simply because it is usually made from brown rice!. The oil used to cook it is minimal!. Did you know that brown rice is not actually a rice!? But rather from the grass family!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
