Is eating eggs every day for breakfast unhealthy?!

Question: Is eating eggs every day for breakfast unhealthy!?
lets say in a three month periodWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Healthy or not is depends on the whole!. Means what other food you eat besides this!. You must have a balance diet everyday!.

It counts also on age!. When you are young, it is fine to eat eggs everyday!. However, old age people will have problem to digest the eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I would have them every second day, we have to eat differently day to day or our bodies get tired of having the same old thing!.
Boiled eggs are the way to go in this case, they only require water and a pinch of salt, full of protein!.
You can always try incoporating eggs into your diet like adding the egg white and whisking it in oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That depends on the number of eggs!. Eggs are no longer considered evil foods by nutritionists, and I believe what they say is one egg a day is just fine!. Three eggs a day would start to build up the cholesterol and fat, and that wouldn't be so good for you in the long run!.

Of course, one egg does not a breakfast make!. Have some whole grain toast with it, and/or a bowl of cereal, granola and yogurt, fresh fruit, or something similar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
