How come I am ALWAYS hungry?!
I have a normal weight and everything but its getting on my nerves, i mean i eat and not an hour has passed when I'm STARVING again, like really really starving, I eat plenty!.

You're most likely going through a growth spurt and your body needs the extra food to help you grow!. If that's not the case, you may just have a very high metabolism, or you may be exerting yourself to a point that your body needs lots of food (i!.e!. over-exercising or not getting enough sleep)!.
Or it's possible that you're just eating the wrong foods, and they only fill you up temporarily!. Foods like this have a high glycemic index, which means that they raise your blood sugar a lot when you first eat them, and then you crash; they also usually don't provide many nutrients, so you'll be hungry soon after eating them!. Examples of foods with high glycemic indexes are white bread, white rice, crackers, etc!. You should eat more protien such as meats, peanut butter, eggs, and dairy products!.also eat small meals (instead of three larger ones) 5-6 times a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
