Is pooping healthy for the heart?!

Question: Is pooping healthy for the heart!?
When I poop, my heart races!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
That's weird because the act of bearing down to poop actually lowers your blood pressure!. Maybe you're putting too much effort in!? You shouldn't have to do anything but sit there when you poop!.

Anyway, the alternative - not pooping - is much less healthy!.

Is it possible that your heart was racing once when you pooped (for some unexplained reason) and you noticed it and got scared and now it's turned into an automatic reaction when you poop!? I ask because I have the same problem when a doctor takes my blood pressure!. I never used to pay any attention and it was always fine, then once I went in and I was really nervous because I had just discovered I was pregnant!. The nurse remarked that my blood pressure was up and from that moment on I couldn't get a normal reading if I was in a doctor's office!. It's fine if I take it at home, but not at the doc's office because that's where I had that original reading and it bothered me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you constipated!?
Are you forcing it!?
Or do you have anxiety disorder of any sort!?

Is it after you drink coffee that you poop!?
Has to be one of these!.
More info!?

We know you have to poop, but why is your heart racing!?
That's really the question!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is more healthy for it than not pooping!. If you didn't poop, you would swell up and explode and your heart would go flying to its death!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

wow, it like can feel good at times, other times it can maybe make your heart race!?!? I'd say the answer isn't knowableWww@FoodAQ@Com

I must say yes to your question!. You don't poop - you die!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
