Question: What can I put on apples to keep them from turning brown on a fruit tray!?

Lemon juice or "Fruit Fresh" ( fruit pectin powder) available at supermarkets!.
Or you can soak them in OJ before putting them on the tray!.

citrus juice any kind, I squeeze juice directly out of an orange onto my childs apple slices I pack for her lunch and they stay perfect!.
