What should i eat for breakfast? ?!
i dont have a lot of time to eat lunch during the day!. what could i eat for breakfast so that i wont have to eat for another 7ish hours!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

pancakes, a bowl of cereal, etc!. if you have time, if you have time,try starbucks cause it's very filling! i sometimes have it in the afternoon then i'm too full for dinner!Www@FoodAQ@Com
An omelet with veggies and if you want add some ham or have bacon on the side!. It's not good to wait 7 hrs to eat again so I suggest carrying protein bars, granola bars or cashews to snack on until you eat again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
