Answers:
There are none unless it is ground beef as it is handled so much - as long as the meat is heated through it is fine!. The same goes for runny eggs - as long as they are hot, they are fine!.

Mad cow disease, e-coli and other life-threatening illnesses are possible when you eat anything less than well-done hamburger!. E-coli is because sometimes, when the cow is being butchered, the colon or intestines get nicked & feces (cow poo) winds up in the meat!. Then, it gets ground all through the meat and the bacteria spreads everywhere!. Mad cow disease is very rare, but steaks that are cut from close to the spine should probably be well done also!. Otherwise, other steaks are fine to cook rare or med!. rare & yeah, a lot of people like them better that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
