guess you never heard of tomato pie!.!.!.thick hearty sauce, garlic on a nice thick crust!. also could add spinach, or any veggie you want!.

I wouldn't top it with anything!. Traditionally, Neopolitan pizza doesn't have cheese on it in Italy!. Just really good tomato sauce and very good olive oil!. There is one pizza that does have cheese on it, the Margherita Pizza which was invented in the late 1800's for the Italian Queen Margherita when she visited Naples!. White - mozzarella , Green - fresh Basil & Red - tomato sauce!.!.!.the colours of the Italian Flag!.

No cheese, that's tough!.!.!.!. Cheese is what usually keeps all of your toppings on a pizza!.!.!.!.If you're not going to add cheese then try something else that's got plenty of HOLD!. Try using a thicker sauce, maybe a white sauce, like alfredo (that's white sauce is if you weren't aware lol) and just top your pizza with your favorite ingredients, Viola!!! there it is!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I ate pizza made from scratch in Morocco and it didn't have cheese!. It had ground meat or tuna,peppers, the sauce,onions,mushrooms,finely minced garlic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
