Answers:
What you are considering doing is not healthy and no one should go below 1200 calories daily without medical reason and supervision – that being said - as it had to be by any responsible person answering this…!.

The amount of weight you would lose is directly related to how many calories you burn!. A women 30 years old 5’4” tall will burn 2000 calories if moderately active (you can use the link below to calc your specifics see “A”) on any given day!. The amount increases with activity and other factors (see metabolism later)!. A pound is approximately 3500 calories!. Therefore if you burn 3500 calories more than you take in, you lose 1 pound (water weight aside)!.

For example:
If you burn 2000 calories daily and consumer 1300 calories daily you will lose 1 pound in 5 days (700 * 5 = 3500)!. If you increase exercise / activity to burn 2500 daily then you can lose more weight faster or you can eat more and still lose the weight!.

Theoretically if you burned 2000 a day and consumer 0 calories as you suggest you would burn 28,000 calories (2000*14) and lose 8 pounds!. The issue you will face is that remaining active on 0 calories is problematic (and dangerous) and additionally your metabolism will slow down as eating regularly (even small servings) helps keep the metabolism high i!.e!. you burn calories faster!. This may have been part of your issue with the one meal plan!.

Rather than doing what you propose let me suggest a few alternatives:
Calculate the calories you will burn – regular activity + exercise
Plan how many calories you will eat daily
Eat small healthy meals (3-4 a day) that you write down and calc either calories or points (weight watchers point system – you can buy the book cheap to calc this)
Find a very low calorie snack or “filler” – weigh watchers has many suggestions including a “zero point soup” that is easy enough to make and tastes ok

If you want to take weight off and keep it off – change the way you eat and think about food long term!. Do it healthy, do it right, do it once as opposed to other options!. Be safe!.

You might lose a lot of weight at first, but you can lose it faster by doing the master cleanse diet (cayenne pepper/lemonade/syrup drink) because it keeps you metabolism burning, which starving does not!. It wont make you fat in the long run either!. Havent done it before so I don't know how tasty it is, but the girls in my modeling agency that don't have the metabolism I do swear by the stuffWww@FoodAQ@Com

What I do know is that when you started to eat again you would gain a lot of water weight!. If you are serious about losing weight for the long term, why not get in touch with a nutritionist!. They would help you create meal plans that would maximize your results since it would be designed just for you and your body type!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't suggest that!. who knows, you could spin out of control and end up with anorexia!. sorry if this is incorrect information, that's just my guess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You will actually gain weight!. I, myself, didn't eat for 10 days back in June!. I went from 136 pounds to 143 pounds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you did not eat, your body would start turning things you need into energy: fat, muscle, tissues!. Your body would slowly deteriorate!. Which is why anorexia and bulimia are so harmful to the body!.

Your body will perish after a couple weeks of not attaining nutrients!.

Sorry, but you would be very weak and almost dead after two weeks!. You would lose your fat and muscle and would be in a very bad state!. I DO NOT recommend this!.

If you eat healthy three meals, exercise for twenty minutes a day (about 2!.5 hours a week) by doing cardio, upper, and lower body then you should reach a healthier weight!.

Starving yourself is killing yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know this may seem odd, but really the best solution to weight loss is 5+ meals per day!. Metabolism is an odd body function!. You need to continually fuel it in order for it to work efficiently!. If you could even double that one meal and spread it out over the course of the day, you would see more weight loss!.

If you starved yourself for two weeks, you could probably lose a good 15+ pounds, but it would be the wrong kind!. You WOULD gain the weight back, and it would come back as fat!. You see, if you body goes into starvation mode, it will start burning the muscle in an attempt to keep the fat reserves!.

There aren't any types of foods that can efficiently introduce your body back to food!. You have to realize that anything worth consuming = calories, and 3500 calories = 1 pound!. That's just basic math/science!.

Bottom line, take in about 1500 calories, unless you are past menopause!.!.!.then you can drop slightly below that!. Don't work out when you "have time!." Make it a priority and MAKE TIME!.

Lastly, please realize, very few men are attracted to women that blatantly starve themselves!. The side effects are out in the open for all to see!. Dark circles under sunken eyes, unhealthy looking skin, bones protruding, thinning hair, plus the odor burning muscle is less than pleasant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would lose weight but it would be superficial (i!.e!. besides it being extremely unhealthy, the weight loss would not be permanent)!. If your body is deprived of food, it is forced to find nutrients and energy from within the body!. Essentially, your body would feed off itself, first by breaking down fat and muscle, then it would resort to!. Not eating can cause permanent damage to your body organs, hair loss, loss of teeth, bleeding gums, brittle bones, and a host of other dangerous consequences!. The only way to truly lose weight and be healthy is to exercise (thus boosting metabolism) and eat moderately proportioned well-balanced meals (fresh vegetables (leafy greens) and fruits are best)!. It would be wise to limit starches, processed sugars, and carbohydrates (breads and potatoes)!. I think you know that this isn't a good idea!. Get a buddy, write down what you eat, exercise for 30 minutes a day (brisk walking is fine), and be persistent and smart!Www@FoodAQ@Com
