Answers:
No, going organic isn't the answer!.
Eating less is the answer!.
Stop Super Sizing!.

Europeans eat just a small piece of meat with their veggies( that's the opposite of what we do)!.
So where twisted around so to speak!.

I was a manager for Whole Foods for 4 years!.
It's not what people really think( trust me)!.
It's a money organization and not a "Save The World" organization as they lead people to believe!.
I've seen more items pulled off the shelves by the FDA ( especially in Whole Body) then I've ever seen in any conventional store I've managed!.

We can go on forever about pesticides and all the other things that lead people to believe that organic is better!. Organic food also can get you sick( it is not immune to any bacteria) IE!. The organic beef that was tainted with E coli last month, tons and tons of it)!.
All that they have proved so far is that organic is better for the environment but they haven't( yet) proved that it will make you live longer or ward off diseases!.

You know what gaining weight is not so much about the toxins only - its about the portion size and quality
as compared to any whree else american portion sizes are huge
and fried stuff is delish but its also bad for you - im sure u already knew that
the toxins reck havoc in your body thats tru but i believe the main problem with weight is coz of the portion sizes
