Add a bit of balsamic vinegar - maybe 1/3 to 1/2 cup and simmer for another few minutes!. Serve on a plate alone or over pasta - top with shredded mozzarella or Asiago cheese and cracked pepper!. Bring to boil, stirring, to reduce to a thin sauce (coats back of spoon)!.
