Trident - ALL GUM IS BAD FOR YOUR TEETH

- the suction while opening your mouth during chewing damages the root

- gum has sugar, sugar free = different type of sugar aka - splenda or sugar alcohol

However, if you MUST chew gum, chew trident, it does the least damage and now carries a certain advancement called RECALDENT - "Supposedly" this is a form of calcium which strengthens and protects your eneamel!.!.!.!.!.

Bottom line, best way to keep your teeth healthy is to not chew gum, however, trident IS the best choice!.!.!.!.!.
