Question: Okay!.!.!.!.!.!.HEALTHY foods!!!!?
Okay, so, I live on the road in a diesel truck with my father!. We decided that we should stop eating in restraunts because of the expense and health wise!.
So! I'm going shopping at Wal*Mart in a couple of days and need some ideas for healthy foods!.
I can't cook on the truck so, the food will either go in the cooler with ice, or on the shelves!.

Any ideas!? Help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Fruits-
bananas, oranges, apples & grapes (organic if possible),
pears, plums, blue berries etc!.)

Vegetables-
carrots, green beans, broccoli, celery, corn (organic)

Grains-
Eat 100% whole grain or multi grain breads
Brown rice or quinoa is awesome!

Eat foods high in fiber like oatmeal and whole grains!

Fish like WILD (not farmed) salmon, tuna, sardines, and herring are great and can come in WATER packaged cans!.

Eat nuts: almonds, walnuts, and pistachios in moderation are very healthy!.

Drink: WATER!!, 100% jucies (orange), green tea, skim milk (organic) and ABSOLUTELY NO POP!

AVOID all processed foods with preservatives and additives, even those that say "sugar free" these contain aspartame DO NOT buy, they are very unhealthy and harmful to humans!.!.!.

And just because an item says "low fat" does NOT mean that it is healthy, it could have loads of added sugar!

You might want to think about getting a multi vitamin!

If you can afford it, try to buy organic meat and dairy (milk, cheese etc!.)

**Lunchables are TERRIBLE, that is not food, its crap!!
