For me I like a variety of things, but not always together!.
Sauerkraut, bacon, and caraway seeds, with sweet honey mustard is nice together!. Chili dogs are great with cheddar cheese!.
Or try some melted gruyere cheese, with saute'd mushrooms & onions!
I've even made a Hawaiian BBQ'd dog, with pineapple and ham, bacon works too!.
Or just plain old mustard & onions and/or ketchup is fine too!. I tend to use whatever I have on hand at the time!. Mmm!.!.!.there's so many wonderful variations!
