Milk is the best way to get your calcium!. It really strengthens bones and teeth and such, so yes it can be said to make you grow!.
Depending on what you weigh you can decide what fat level to drink!. I would go with 2% if you are of normal weight!. Whole milk is best for toddlers!. If you are overweight you can go with 1% or skim!. Adding dairy to your diet is supposed to help weight loss!. I would suggest 3 glasses or servings total of 24 oz!.
If you find you are lactose intolerant (you will feel bloating and gas after consuming dairy, you can drink Lactaid or take a Lactase enzyme tablet before eating dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
