peanuts are a legume not a nut, they grow in the ground not a tree, peanut butter is ground peanuts, ground till chunky or creamy, how they are ground is another story, peanuts are eaten by gorillas and then, collected at the other end, kind of nasty, but peanut butter is just so delicious, i just try to forget where it comes from!. hey it works for coffee right!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
