Apples, the green ones work best!. You want really crunchy ones!. Then, you want to keep munching!. So if there are some pretzels or popcorn, just keep slowly munching!. If they have any carrots or celery sticks out, same thing!. The chewing will help keep you awake!. Drink the sodas that are colas or Moutain Dew, Dr Pepper!. But if you can run into a Stop N Shop, they sell those little 5 Hour Energy bottles, usually by the cash register!. I love that stuff! It doesn't cause jitters or that crash and burn!. Just tons of energy for 5 hours!.

If you find yourself getting sleepy, go in the bathroom and jump up and down!. Get your heart rate going!. That will wake you back up!. Splash cold water on your face and wrists!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a nap!
Peanut Butter on an Apple-[Protein and Fiber]

Eat high protein foods!. Cheese, Sandwiches!.!.!.

Avoid caffeine, if possible!. Drink two glasses of ice cold water every 30 minutes!. Not only will the cold keep you awake, but you'll need to urinate very often!. It's difficult to sleep on the toilet!. lol-how funny!

Avoid a full stomach!. Munch on snacks all day, rather than having a big meal!.

Peppermint (a study showed that smelling peppermint can lower fatigue by 15%, increase alertness by 30% and decrease frustration by 25%) So maybe eat a peppermint if you have one!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of coffee (does coffee come under energy drinks!?) Try not to have sweeties!. Although itll give you a sugar rush, youll also get a sugar low which is when you might be sleepy!. Drink lots of coca cola/dr pepper!. It makes you hyper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Orange juice maybe!? There's also some chewing gum that has a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
