Are you trying to just eat more food in general, or more calories - because I would say if you want to up your calories - eat large quantities of salmon, trout, tuna, mackerel, herring, olives, avocados, grass-fed red meats, anything with a healthy fat content because fat has more calories than protein or carbs - and I would rather you consume more from healthy foods! Well if you need to Eat more you could do the following
1!. eat a good breakfast
2!. eat a snack in between breakfast and lunch
3!. Eat lunch
4!. another snack ( PBJ, and or an apple)
Then eat dinner!.
to keep heathly eat before 6:00 or your body will not digest like it does before then!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep eating till your stuffed every meal for like a week or what ever!. it will make your stomach grow and youll be able to eat more, or just dont eat for a long time then youll be able to eat a lot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
