I dont crave food anymore? Or eat it as much :| ?!
I used to eat all the time! Its not like I was always hungry, but I used to crave food alot and now I dont!. I dont know if its stress from my relationship with my boyfriend ending or because latley I've been experimenting with drugs (hash,weed)!. I always thought they made you gain weight because of the munchies, but it seems I've lost weight and I dont crave anything anymore and I hate it!.!.!.!. Please help :(Www@FoodAQ@Com

exercise is always a good way to increase your metabolism, which will increase your hunger as a result!. =)
try just walking 10 minutes a day!.

Time to ditch the drugs for sure! Get out and do something productive then you might forget about yourself and your "cravings"!. Volunteer or get a hobby or go for a walk and enjoy the world around you!. Join a civic organization to get involved and do something good for your community!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
