Which would be a healthier lunch? why?!
lunch 1:
peanut butter sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread (1 serving of peanutbutter and 2 slices of bread)
1 box of raisins (1/4 cup)
1 orange
Lunch 2:
turkey & lettuce whole wheat wrap (2 slices of sliced turkey breast, about 5 lettuce leafs, in a whole wheat wrap)
1 serving of almonds (1/4 cup)
1 orange
1 box of raisins (1/4 cup)
which is healthier and why!? should i add/subtract anything from either!?

Depends on the serving size of the peanut butter! Just kidding!. Try are both okay for a childs lunch, however lunch 2 is better balanced then 1!. Lunch 2 from a health stand point is better, Lunch 1 for an active afternoon would be my choice!.!.!. Although, store bought peanut butter is high in trans and saturated fats, it is also high in sugars and carbs!. It also lacks Trictathan, an enzyme found in Turkey that will make you sluggish and tired!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
