Why does my back hurt when I eat fatty foods?!

Question: Why does my back hurt when I eat fatty foods!?
I used to be anorexic and have since gotten better but still eat very healthily (mostly veggies and fruits, lean protein and fat free dairy) and am at a fairly low weight!.
When I do eat fatty foods, I usually binge on it and eat quite a bit of it (I work in a restaurant, so usually it's when I'm at work)!. And almost immediately after I start eating, my middle back starts to ache!. I don't understand it!. The other night I had a salad with regular dressing instead of fat free, and immediately my back began throbbing!.
What causes this!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
because you have restricted your body from these foods for so long that its not used to them and when u eat the foods your body is reacting to it!. Ie!. Sugary foods with your heart racing and jittery

For the back pain as well, it sounds like it could also just be intergestion because u are binging and eating these foods fast ad therefore not taking enough time to let it digest properly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the pain goes from the back to the front all around your rib cage could be Gull stonesWww@FoodAQ@Com
