have soup and protiens(chicken noodle combiens the both) you should still eat some veggies and fruits because that helps your body too!. Dont forget the medicine! : D haha hope i helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's especially important to stay hydrated when you're sick!. Drink whatever fruit juice & herbal teas you enjoy, water, Gaterade & that sort of thing!. Try not do use caffiene though, which is actually dehydrating!. Vitamin C is great for colds, so eat citrus and/or drink that juice!.
When I have a bug, spicy foods seem to help me get over it quicker!. I keep reading that garlic is good for the immune system & it really does seem to work!. I've also heard that spicy foods help stimulate your system to flush toxins out faster, which also seems true from mhy experience!. Plus, when you're stuffed up, it's hard to taste & enjoy foods unless they've got some agressive flavor going on!. So I have veggie chili, or hot-and-sour soup when I'm not well!. Probably the high water content in these foods helps too!.

I'm sorry to hear your sick!. But your not alone!. I'm trying to fight a cold myself!. I think you should try some chicken soup!. Or even just the broth would be good!. Plus water is good because it will clear out your head!. And orange juice is just good all around!. Ha Ha!. Hope this helps and get better soon!Www@FoodAQ@Com
