Answers:
They are a good food for you but not as good as some other nuts like almonds or walnuts!. The peanuts are high in fat as well as most nuts but they contain the good fats and not the bad!. Like most foods you must limit the amount you have each day!. Do Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The nut itself (well, it's not really a nut, it's a legume, but still) is not unhealthy unless you are allergic!. It is not necessarily "processed" unless it has been deep-fried and salted!. Roasted peanuts are high in fat but it is vegetable fat, so it's a healthy fat!. You can roast your own at home!. You can also make your own peanut butter if you have a blender or food processor!. Grind the nuts with a little bit of peanut oil and salt!. Sweeten with honey!.

The packets of shelled nuts with spices etc!. have been deepfried and aren't so healthy, but the nut itself is fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if your allergic to them yes they are bad, sure they have a little negetive side but they are really good and tasty have fat in then as well that is the bad side!.!.

They are very healthy for you!.(I love them)Just make sure you are buying roasted in their shells, unsalted and you're good!.

But be forewarned, they are very fattening! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try to eat them as natural as possible (not a ton of salt or chocolate covered)Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends if they are soaked in salt and honey!. A normal peanut that hasn't been seasoned with such things is very good for your strength because its full of protein!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your friend is an idiot!. Maybe get a new friend!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. What isnt processed that we eat!? I mean seriously think about it!. Its fine as long as you dont eat them with salt!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess if you are allergic to them! No!? I'm not really sure, hon!.! Sorry!Www@FoodAQ@Com
