What should I eat with an upset stomach?!


Question: What should I eat with an upset stomach!?
My stomach hurts very badly but I havent eaten in about seven hours and Im starving but everything I try to put in my mouth makes me feel like Im going to puke!. Any suggestions!? Thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your self some ginger tea, it will help with the nausea!.
Ginger Tea Recipe
water, 4 cups
2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
optional: honey and lemon slice
Peel the ginger root and slice it into thin slices!. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan!. Once it is boiling, add the ginger!. Cover it and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes!. Strain the tea!. Add honey and lemon to taste!.

(If you don't have fresh ginger, you can use ground)

Drink something clear and bubbly

Applesauce
Crackers
Soup broth
toast

You could make some scrambled eggs ~ but don't use butter and all that mess just beat the egg and add a small splash of milk ~ you could even just put them in the microwave so you don't have to stand for a long time ~ put in a glass mug and after about a min stir and then put back in for about a min but not quite


also, for some reason when I am sick but then feel better I love to eat a peanut butter w/ strawberry jelly ~ you may be still too sick for that

Be careful with what you put in your mouth!. It could get worse!. You have to drink plenty of water to wash down all the bacteria in your stomach and to keep you from getting dehydrated!.

I think its safe for you to eat bananas for now!.(if you are really hungry) But its best to not eat anything til you feel a little better)Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!. - Make some chamomile tea and drink it while you are making the rice recipe below!.

2!. - Boil 3 cups of water or chicken broth

3!. - Add 1 cup of rice

3!. - Cook until rice is cooked and soft

4!. - Squeeze a half of lemon and eat as much as you can slowly!.

French fry/chip bomb!. Eat at least 1/2lb!. It will either shove things one way or the other!. Don't be one of these people who wanna hold back, if one has to yak then let it go, that's what Mr Stomach is telling you and you'll feel so much better!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat applesauce!. That's what I always eat when I'm sick!. Not to be gross, but if you do throw it up, it doesn't taste bad (or hurt)!. I tried all kinds of stuff during my last bout of stomach flu, and this is the only thing I stuck with!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like broth when I'm hungover or have an upset stomach!. Theres a thai soup called Tom Yum that always works for me!. and steamed rice if you think you can hold it down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hot herbal teas
Anything that's not real heavy on the stomach

First I would take some gravol and then in about a half hour try some chicken noodle soup and crackers and make sure you are drinking lots of clear fluidsWww@FoodAQ@Com
