Why/how does sugar make you hyper?!

Question: Why/how does sugar make you hyper!?
Answers:
glucose is basicly the stuff that makes your muscles go, sugar and fat have a lot of this!. Therefore you want to get rid of some of that energy, if you dont, then it is just stored for later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that is a myth, your body uses all simple carbohydrates the same way of which sugar is one, in essence your stomach can't tell the difference between a bowl of white sugar and a bowl of mac and cheese!. Multiple studies have been done on this topic with children (developmental psychology) and it isn't true with them either, sugar does not make anyone hyper (aside from the placebo effect) Www@FoodAQ@Com

One of the main energy source of our cells is glucose, and sugar is mostly made up of glucose, so when there's so much energy available, they work faster to burn it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It gives you a short rush of energy due to its high GI levels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it gets into your blood and expands the blood to go fast and fasterWww@FoodAQ@Com
