that is a myth, your body uses all simple carbohydrates the same way of which sugar is one, in essence your stomach can't tell the difference between a bowl of white sugar and a bowl of mac and cheese!. Multiple studies have been done on this topic with children (developmental psychology) and it isn't true with them either, sugar does not make anyone hyper (aside from the placebo effect) Www@FoodAQ@Com
