What are some very low calorie snacks ?!

Question: What are some very low calorie snacks !?
Answers:
They do say that it takes more calories to digest raw celery than you actually get from it!.

Any raw veggie like celery, carrot sticks, cucumber, tomato is a low-calorie snack!. If you eat them as is (no dip, now!) they are crunchy and satisfying to munch on!.

You can pre-cut a bunch and put them in ziploc sandwich bags to keep cold in the fridge or as a carry-along snack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am on Weight Watchers, so I have become a pro at finding low calorie snack foods!. Here are a few of what I live off of!

*Motts Cranberry/Raspberry Applesauce - very low calories and very good!
*Random: Arrowroot Baby Cookies - they kind of taste like a shortbread cookie, and are honestly pretty good!
*90 Calorie Rice Cake Packets - they have a huge variety of flavors and you get quite a bit in a bag!.
*Fat Free Instant Pudding - Yum! Make ahead, and seperate into small bowls!.
*Of course fruits & veggies - those are always good ones!.
*Fiber One Bars - lots of fiber to off-set the calories!.

Good luck!
