Why do i get so dehydrated? ?!
in my gym class i will always want some water!. i have been running a lot lately to!. but i drink so much water in a day!. sometimes ill stay at the water fountain and drink for 5 minutes!. but then when i get back to class im thirsty again!. what is going on with me!? is there a pill i could take or am i running to much!. If you sweat a lot, then you shall drink the water to put back otherwise you will be dehydrated!. Dehydration is very dangerous!.
Once I walk 5km and I drank 4 bottles (about 500ml) of water and I still thirsty!. But I sweat a lot during the walk!.
It is said that before one exercise you shall drink water first then after exercise drink more water!. All sportsman does that!. I just don't remember how long before and after exercise to drink water!. One more thing, if you are breathless after exercise and feel thirsty, don't drink water!. Just wash your mouth with water and drink only after you feel not so breathless!. It will damage some parts of your body (can't remember where) if you drink when you are breathless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeh that's the same with me, it's because of certain foods you eat and what the temperature around you!. Nothing bad is happening to you, it's just also different body types function differently, I'm guessing your really tall and like to eat savory foods for lunch (just a guess) :P

try to bite your tongue but not too hard, this way your salivary glands will excrete saliva so you won't feel that your throat is dry and u wont feel thirsty!.!.!. just a tip!.!.!. I do this when I am at class specially in the morning!.!.!. I really feel thirsty in our morning class!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
doctors recommended 8 glasses of water for every body and some body that do exercise need to more water from 8 glasses,also you can increase 5-6 drop lemon water to your water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
