Butter... salted or unsalted?!


Question: Butter!.!.!. salted or unsalted!?

Many chefs prefer unsalted because they can then add your own and control the amount of salt in the dish!. Many sweet dishes call for unsalted as well!. But that means if you want to butter your toast, you also have to salt it!. Most people use regular salt for everything except baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
