Use olive oil,and either bake grill or biol in water, add fresh herbs,no salt or other fat based dressings, you could wrap it in some tin foil with a little water and bake in the oven adding your herbs/garlic etc in with it,,very tasty (and all that info from a bloke)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Invest in a George Foreman!. The cheaper models are round £10-£15!. All you do is heat it up and place the chicken breast onto the metal plates and leave it to cook!.!.!.

Mix a chicken stock cube with a quarter of a pint of hot water!. Skin your chicken breasts and wrap them in tin foil!. Before closing the foil, put a couple of teaspoonsful of the stock over them and add chopped mushrooms!. Close the foil and bake in a hot oven for about twenty minutes!. You can thicken the rest of the stock with a little cornflour to make gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Take the skin off, that gets rid of the fat!. Then slice them very thin and make a stirfry with thinly chopped vegetables that you like!.
For the sauce, combine 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 Tablespoons of dry sherry, a touch of garlic powder if you like it, a good pinch of powdered ginger and half a teaspoon of sugar!. Pour the sauce over the meat and let stand for about 15 min, 30 min if you have time!.
Stir fry the meat first, it only takes a few minutes if it's thinly sliced!. Add the sauce, heat well and put in serving bowl!.
Stir fry the veggies until just crispy-tender, and mix in with the meat and sauce!.
Serve with rice or on its own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
