You should eat lots of fruits, which yes, include bananas, apples, strawberries and etc!. but make sure that you don't put sugar or any other sweetener of any kind on them!. On the vegetable side, you can boil broccoli and put small amounts of fat-free 1% milk-fat cheese on it which you might think would taste horrible but tastes the same as any other tasty unhealthy food!. This diet would bring great results but only if you eat what i just typed nothing else!.

Another diet you can put in mind is ht e lemonade diet which consists of lemons sugar and water!. Basically this diet is made of lemonade that has 1/2 a tablespoon of ugar 1 whole lemon and lots of water!. This diet is very effective but i dont recommend that you choose it because it might give you a burning sensation in your throat but if you ant fast results this is the one for you!.
