Can a square of dark chocolate eaten everyday be healthy?!
I suppose it would be fair to say that i am a bit of a health freak lol!.
All i drink is water and green tea!. I also have a pretty healthy diet, having on a typical day something like this:
Breakfast: Porridge with fruit
Lunch: Wholemeal bread with pulses or low fat cottage cheese, fish and salad!.
Dinner: Salmon with brown rice and veg
And i snack on nuts and seeds and fruit!. I also exercise 4-5 times a week at my gym!.
I love to be healthy so it's no problem for me but every now and then i crave something sweet!. So i was wondering, would it be healthy for me to have say a square of dark chocolate every night!? Just one little square!? Would that be ok!?
Just wanted to get your opinion!.

Yes that would be perfectly fine, in fact it is good for you especially dark chocolate and if you can limit it to one square it will do no harm whatsoever!. Dark choc is good for the heart - check the link!

from the type of life style you embark on with a healthy diet and regular exersize i dont honest see any harm at all to indulge in some dark chocolate every night,i exersize regular and have a diet preety much like yourself and allways reward myself with a small bar of chocolate each evening,good luck!.ned222Www@FoodAQ@Com
