Answers:
yes i would!. why not!? its still cheese and its just dyeWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would not eat cheese with a dye!. I mean by that an artificial dye!.
It's true cheese is normally white, but not all some yellow cheeses are so because of the curing process not dyes, also I would eat naturally coloured cheese!.!.!.!.in fact I have had pink cheese the colouring agent was beetroot, which then I have no problem at all!.
As to mouldy cheese, mould is a fungus and some fungus are good (some are very bad) but normally cheese fungus is good and adds to characteristic cheese flavours, but it is obviously a very personal thing if one likes or dislikes it, I personally do, but having said that I don't like all mouldy cheese, I like Camembert and brie and blue cheese but there are others that I do not!. Hope this answers your question!. And if you like cooking visit my blog maybe you find some things there that you'd like to try!. http://ricocoffeeshop!.blogspot!.comWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can get pink cheese! It's dyed with beetroot juice and is a really pretty shade - it's good to eat too :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
