From the first pic, it looks like it's still a little un-ripe because there's still some green on it!. If you want to speed up the ripening process, don't store it in the refrigerator (slows down/stops the ripening process) and keep it in a paper bag with some holes in it!. When the mango gets a little soft where you can press into it with a little pressure and it smells really sweet, it should be ready to eat!. See link below!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you can tell its ripe when it starts smelling sweet and all the green coloring is gone!. i heard you can put it in a paper bag with an apple and it will get ripe faster!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
