Question: Do you think the majority of Americans enjoy eating vegetables!?
Okay, I'm not talking about vegetables drenched in butter and cheese!. Do you think that vegetables are considered a treat like sweets or a steak!? I am talking about what you believe the majority of people like, not yourself in particular or a friend you know!.

I have been arguing with my boyfriend about this and he believes that most people like vegetables!. In your experience have you found this to be true, or not!? Do you believe that vegetables are bitter or that they taste delicious!. If offered a carrot or a cookie, which would most people take!? What experiences and knowledge have led you to believe this in your life!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

While shopping at the grocery store it's kind of fun to check what some have in their cart at the checkout!. Some people are extremely health food conscious and others could care less and most are in the middle!.

We change as we age when we are kids we are told to clean our plate and eat whatever is put before us!. Then we go to school and try new foods in the cafeteria and add them to our list of foods we enjoy eating!. As we age we listen to doctors and others who make an impression on us what is best to cut back on and what is the best food groups to eat!.

A person's income also has a lot to do with what they can afford to eat!. In some cases a person might only be able to buy starchy foods that stick with them most of the day and dismiss the veggies that are more nourishing but might cost them more than they have to spend!.

Sometimes busy people find it's much quicker to gulp down a burger instead of a nice green salad!. At the same time there are people who feel as if they are committing a crime if they eat fast food and not have a balanced meal of grains, veggies, fruits and nuts!.

In my opinion I believe each person is set in their ways what they rather eat and what they eat that they know is best for them!. There are some who do not care what goes into their bodies!. It is just a necessary thing to do feed themselves!. If you have someone to prepare your food and you are not involved that person most of the time has a interest in preparing healthy meals so they include food from all the food groups that make you healthy!.

At our house we try and eat our veggies and fruits often because we know it's best for our bodies to age gracefully and not lack in foods that are not giving us what we need in order to keep our bones strong and fill us with energy!. So I'll say COOKIE! After all this!.!.!.!.or how about CARROT CAKE!? It all depends on what time of day it is and when you ate last when given the choice!.

No, I personally like eating my veggies but I know plenty of grow adults who won't even touch the stuff!. I think most vegetables are an acquired taste and take time getting use too and most people don't like broccoli or eggplant the first time they eat it and would definitely take a cookie over a carrot or any veggie any time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Give me cookie or give me death!

Ok, I like vegetables as PART of a meal!. But I don't exactly get exited about veggies!. Americans LOVE junkfood and our lack of discipline gets us into a lot of trouble!. :(
