Where can I get low fat ice cream?!
I'm on the gi diet (and in the UK) and trying to find a low fat ice cream to make some smoothies this weekend for a party!. Had a look in my local Tesco but couldn't find anything that seemed right!. Anyone know where I can get some!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's a brand called "skinny cow" that do GREAT ice cream!. Comes in loads of different flavours and has barely any calories!. You can actually get it at tescos!.!.!.!.if it wasn't there maybe you should try morissons!?
Ben & Jerry's also do a low fat version of phish food!.
Why not just use frozen fruitinstead of ice cream!? You can but bags of the stuff at any supermarket and you can blend it up frozen so you've got icey cold smoothies :) Add a bit of natural (low fat of course) yoghurt to smoothen them up a little!.
Hope this helps :)

Skinny Cow, I remember they did low-fat ice-cream, but I'm not sure if they still make them!.
You can always get some ice-cream from the Weight Watchers range or maybe those ice-creams made out of yogurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
