Are canned vegetables processed food?!
Answers:
In essence yes!. Only the bulk veggies are non processed!.
If the canned veggies are uncut, and went through just steaming and boiling w/o the preservatives, the only procession they go through is the canning!. If the veggies are kept in glass jars, better!. Glass does not induce chemical reaction as aluminum or tin cans do!. I don't know if this info is what you are asking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
