Eating little snacks all day is a better way to go, especially if you want to lose weight or maintain a healthy balance!. A bigger breakfast is recommended though, because your body will have all day to digest it while you move!. Dinners should be light and never midnight snacks as all the extra fat will be stored in places you probably don't want them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
All depends on what you eat!. If you eat a balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, and meats, fishes etc you get the point, then eating 3 good meals and some snacks is best, don't overeat during your meals, and usually you should eat a lot during the morning, and lunch, but less durign dinner!. I find it's easier to eat small portions throughout the day!. Telling yourself not to eat something is just detrimental to your mindframe - you either deny yourself and then as a result fixate on how much you want it, or eat it and feel guilty!. Eat whenever! Just in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Little snacks all day is way better!. One big mac has like 1,000 calories!. Have you ever read those nutrition menus in the McDonald's!? Your only supposed to eat 2,000 calories in one day!. Eating three big macs is HORRIBLE!Www@FoodAQ@Com
